Returning to the attitude of gratitue

I am grateful for my apartment and the decorating my husband has recently done, it looks and feels lovely
I am grateful for my camera, expressing myself through the lens is my favourite release
I am grateful for my planned camping weekend in 3 weeks times as it is giving me something lovely to think about while I settle back into work
I am grateful for the lovely Xmas holiday I just had - lots of lovely time with family and friends
I am grateful for my HP and the life he gives me
I am grateful for my husband - he is not just the man I want, but the man I need (thanks for knowing that HP)
I am grateful for the new life that surrounds me and reminds me what is important
I am grateful for my sponsor and the focus on really working a program
I am grateful for the freedom of summer in Australia which makes adventures easier and summer foods that make abstinent food so inviting

My abstinence

Three moderate meals a day, nothing in between except unsweetened coffee.

No Food with sugar as one of its first 4 ingredients including:
Biscuits
Cake
Chocolate
Sweets

Need to be mindful of eating food that can affect me, if I am not in a good space I need to be careful eating:
Bacon
Crisps
Dried fruit - apricots, prunes, sultanas
Fatty meat
Nuts
White bread

I need to keep my body healthy and happy. I can eat greens such as vegetables and salads, if eaten as part of a meal. Cooking myself healthy and tasty meals, meals that do not have to 'look' like I am on a diet, is an important part of loving self-care.
