7th Step Prayer

My Creator, I am now willing that You should have all of me, good and bad. I pray that You now remove from me every single defect of my character which stands in the way of my usefulness to You and my fellows. Grant me the strength as I go out from here to do Your bidding.

My abstinence

Three moderate meals a day, nothing in between except unsweetened coffee.

No Food with sugar as one of its first 4 ingredients including:
Biscuits
Cake
Chocolate
Sweets

Need to be mindful of eating food that can affect me, if I am not in a good space I need to be careful eating:
Bacon
Crisps
Dried fruit - apricots, prunes, sultanas
Fatty meat
Nuts
White bread

I need to keep my body healthy and happy. I can eat greens such as vegetables and salads, if eaten as part of a meal. Cooking myself healthy and tasty meals, meals that do not have to 'look' like I am on a diet, is an important part of loving self-care.
