Getting there

Nothing is perfect, but today was a new day. I am not my usual self - but I am getting there. I am trying to remember most of all, its not me who's in charge but my HP.

My abstinence

Three moderate meals a day, nothing in between except unsweetened coffee.

No Food with sugar as one of its first 4 ingredients including:
Biscuits
Cake
Chocolate
Sweets

Need to be mindful of eating food that can affect me, if I am not in a good space I need to be careful eating:
Bacon
Crisps
Dried fruit - apricots, prunes, sultanas
Fatty meat
Nuts
White bread

I need to keep my body healthy and happy. I can eat greens such as vegetables and salads, if eaten as part of a meal. Cooking myself healthy and tasty meals, meals that do not have to 'look' like I am on a diet, is an important part of loving self-care.
